How can we hide the quantity and unit cost from appearing in the Email templates when the only token we have an option to use is [OrderDetails] ?

We hide the quantity from appearing in the cart but it still shows up in the email and unit cost is not being used as the default unit cost is $.0.00 until the user is forced to select some variant options for the product.

Hi Dustin,

Which version of the Cart and DNN are you currently running?

Do you have the Hide Quantity feature enabled in the Cart Settings, Product Setup, or Product Details module settings?

Thanks!

I have it turned on in the Cart Settings page to hide the quantity on the cart and checkout pages. It did this on the first page of the cart, but on the confirm and confirm status page the quantity shows. I had use CSS to hide that from showing on those two pages.

I just turned on the option in the Product Details module to hide the quantity as well. We don't use the buy now or product details page as everthing is passed through the cart via a query string URL.

We are in version 5.65 of the cart.

I presume you are saying if that hide quantity button is checked in any of those locations it should not show up in the email template, however it does. Also about about the unit cost. Here is no feature to turn that field off from showing and it also appears in the email templates.

Hi Dustin,

Thanks for letting me know your settings, I just site up my test portal to match your settings and I was able to replicate the issue of the Quantity field is enabled to be hidden, the Quantity is still being displayed on the Confirm and Confirm Status pages as well as the Confirmation Emails.

I have logged this to our Bug Tracker system as Bug ID 288 to be resolved as soon as possible and we will reply to this thread as soon as an update is available.
