License Request Form

• Please select your live and test domains carefully. License re-issues due to typos or domain-changes may incur fees. License re-issues can only be granted up to one year from your original purchase date.
• Each purchased license comes with one live domain and one test domain. You will need to provide us with your live domain and test domain.
• We will need to verify your Order ID to determine if you are requesting a new license, within the 3 month upgrade window or running the maintenance plan. If you need to purchase an upgrade, please email our Sales Team.
• If you are upgrading from any version under 7.14 to any version of SmithCart v.7.15+, please be aware that you will be required to request a new license key, as your old keys will no longer be active.
