Which version of the Cart and DNN are you currently running? Please provide the error you are reporting I do not see it posted.

also please note that this screen appears after 'calculate shipping' is checked.  so the original page before clicking calculate shipping is clicked, as ups ground selected as the shipping method.  once this screen comes up with the error on it - the shipping method goes blank.

Unfortunately I am unable to test this issue on the same version of the Cart as you are running as we don’t maintain source code for versions of the cart more than 3 versions back. Please post a screenshot of you Cart Settings and I will check to see if I can stop any configuration issues or you can login to our test portal to test the latest release of the Cart v.4.70.
