Hello, i am still in evaluating mode and i wonder what the problem seems to be.  it seemed to occur after i added email template... it did not happen before.  It seems as if payment was processed successfully (I got email from Authorize.net), so it is probably trying to generate e-mail template.

I thought i had the latest version - 4.10.0 according to Admin/Extensions.

I also have BuyNow - version 2.44.12 - could there be conflict?  It shouldn't....

Since you are running an older version of the cart (v2.44) it may be a conflict. If you install the Registration Pro module on a new dnn 5.62 sandbox without the cart installed it will tell you if its a conflict. On the current version of the cart v4.42 you should be able to run the modules side by side without any issues.

OK, well, i tihnk there is a bug in 4.10:

I installed plain vanilla DNN 4.6.3, installed only this module 4.10 (nothing else).

I set the module up, arbirtary amount, credit card only, Authorize.Net (in test mode). Setting is very basic, nothing elaborate. I can provide all settings if needed in case you can't duplicate.

OK, then i use a different computer and try to go through payment. The first time i intentionally enter wrong expiration date time (01/11), and try to process payment, and i get the correct error - Your credit card has expired.

So, I go back, and try to correct the expiration date, re-entered correct credit card, and click on Next, Process PAyment and that's when the error occured -
A critical error has occurred.
Parameter count does not match Parameter Value count.

I believe it is a bug in 4.10 that needs to be resolved.
