Hello, I am using smith registration pro 4.39 on DNN 6.1.5.  My clients are complaing that they are getting double charged.  This is happening 3-4 times a day.  I am using Authorize.net as a payment gateway and paypal.  It mostly happend on authorize.net cause we get more charges thru there.  Please help this also happend on DNN 5.

Hello,

Which Auth.net gateway do you have configured in your Registration modules Payment Setup section? AIM or SIM?

When did this issue first start occurring? Are there any similarities between the transactions which are experiencing the issue? Such as product ordered, Shipping Address, Billing Address, Discounts applied, customer being logged in or not etc.?

Are you Products configured for recurring billing? If so, please post a screenshot of your product setup screen.
