I am using the Smith Registration component v4.47 to allow an existing registered user to subscribe to an optional for fee service. The existing user with DNN V06.01.05 (142) and a DataSprings registration module. In Smith Registration I  have defined a product and a group to add the user to when a recurring subscription payment is setup.

The Step 1 screen displays the existing users First Name, Last Name, City, Country, Postal Code and Phone correctly, but the Street Address, State and Email are wrong.
Street Address = wwwwww
State = 0
Email = different value that DNN profile.

The DNN profile for the user has valid values in the Street, Region and EMail address.  How can I configure the Smith Registration module to get the right values for those three fields?  

Can I configure the Registration module to even skip Step 1 as the information is already collected. All I am really looking for is them setting up a subscription in Step 2.

Hi Wayne,

As a test, please create and register a new user via standard DNN registration and also via the DataSprings registration to confirm if the issue is being caused by the data from the DataSprings module. You also may want to look in your database to verify the data saved is correct.

Currently the ability to configure the Registration module to skip Step 1 is not currently supported since the Step 1 page is used to register the user.

If you do not need your users to register through the module and only need to process payments, you may want to consider using our SmithCart as it is not required that the user first registers before processing a payment.
