I just noticed on the Atandra T-Hub site that the new integration of Smith Cart and T-Hub does NOT include the ability to synchronize Inventory with QuickBooks.  Is that true???  Am I forced to manually manage inventory in both QuickBooks AND Smith Cart?

Please advise,

Hi Christian,

The Cart is integrated with the following t-hub web services:

  • Level 1 Integration (Yes) 
    • getOrders – Used by T-HUB client application to get online orders from website into QuickBooks. This service should only return the new orders from the online store. 
  • Level 2 Integration (Yes) 
    • updateOrdersShippingStatus – Used by T-HUB client to update the shipping information for the order online.
  • Level 3 Integration (no)
    • updateInventory – Used by T-HUB client application to update online inventory quantities from local QuickBooks or QuickBooks POS.

Level 3 Integration is on our Dev List however it is not currently scheduled for programming but I will move this thread into our Enhancement Requests forum.
