I have a guy from New Zealand who kept trying to purchase a product but Authorize.net was blocking him.  If we could capture the response in the event viewer we could see exactly why he is getting blocked.  I assume it is because his bank is non-us and doesn't support AVS, but I don't know.   It would also be nice to be able to tell them to contact our support  email if they keep getting the same decline message.   

The biggest problem with this, is that he tried 4 times, so the bank has put 4 holds on his credit card, for 4X the amount.   So instead of a $230 hold, he has a $920 hold.
