We would like to uninstall RazorCart because the store is no longer in business, but under Extensions it shows that it is still being used even after the portal/site was deleted. The trash can does appear to the right of RazorCart Admin Console (v 1.5.6), but I wanted to be verify if it's safe to uninstall it even though it shows it is still in use. It appears there's a page for every portal with RazorCart Admin Console on it, when we view the Tabs table. When we visit the individual pages it wants you to set-up a whole new store. We just want to un-install it completely.

We restarted the server, but it still shows that it's in use.

Which module(s) are in use, is it just the Admin Console, if so that's safe to remove, Admin Console is in use in DNN admin pages so it will still shows in-use even after you delete the store pages.
To uninstall, just delete each module one-by-one from the DNN extensions page, and check the delete modules files too.
