Sales tax for customers in California are not being calculated during checkout. To get around this we had to choose Flat Tax all Orders.

Our tax setup is as follows:

Tax Method
Shipping Method: Flat Tax by Regions
Tax Rate: 9

Tax Shipping
Tax Shipping: Never apply taxes

Tax Discounts
Tax Discounts: Apply Tax Before Discounts

Tax Regions
Country: United States
Region: California
Postal Code: [Empty]
Tax Exempt: Never Tax Exempt

Are we setting up sales taxes incorrectly? It was working fine before we upgraded to version 1.3.4. We're on DNN 9.1.1.

Did you make any changes to the viewset or the order integration pipeline? If so try rolling back your changes to see if that fixes the issue.

I'm trying to load the tax tables via CSV import, will not load data.
Fresh install of DNN and Razor Cart. No customizations made to view sets.
Please advise. Possible bug?

What version of RazorCart are you running? Did you edit your csv in excel? The reason I ask is because excel changes your data when you save especially large numbers and numbers with decimal points get converted to scientific notation. If you are editing the csv with excel try editing the csv using a text editor like notepad++
