1.) does this module have the ability to email customers on set intervals before the due date? so they get a reminder the bill is due 30 days before due date and 15 days before due

2.) can the renewal date stay on a fixed anniversary...like a subscription. So regardless if they pay early or late, the original anniversary date will stay the same.

3.) what is your custom development rate?

The way recurring billing is setup in billing manager for example with Authorize.net is the module will send an ARB transaction to Authorize.net and the gateway will manage the recurring billing of the customers credit card and also there are several emails that you can configure at authorize.net to send to the customer at different times in the billing cycle. The billing manager module does not send out emails reminding customers you setup for recurring billing the payment gateway does that since thats where the recurring billing happens.
