Hi guys,

I get this error when I goto shipping management and try to edit any of the current zones.

A critical error has occurred.
The stored procedure 'dbo.Smith_GetZone' doesn't exist.

Any help is appreciated.

Currently I'm running 4.26 and I still get this error.

Do you already have Zones set or are you creating new Zones?

I just tried to re-produce this error on my test portal and was unable to recreate the error but I may not have the exact same configuration as you.

To confirm the issue is fixed in the latest version of the cart you can download the trial version and then upgrade to the latest build to fix the issue.

Or you can login to our test site www16.smith-consulting.com and try to replicate the error. This will determine if the issue is with the latest version of the cart or an issue with your specific dnn portal/cart install.

Hi Kevin,

My Free Download period has expired, and I'm not quite ready to subscribe yet. If I was to upgrade to the newer version, I would need a new key for 1 download.

If that is possible, then I will upgrade and test this issue for you.

EDIT: To answer your question - I currently have Zones established, with 1 custom ship method. I used Zone & Weight shipping - so I use those same zones in the Weight shipping section.
