When I create a product coupon, then a customer enters the coupon, they are forced to enter their address before checkout. Why does that appear when they enter a coupon?

The big problem is that the compulsory country dropdown is empty, so they cannot proceed because there is no country to choose. The discount is applied to the total, so at least that works. Screen shot attached.

Please help. Thanks.

Using Smith Cart version 3.97.

The address info displays below the cart when you have configured one of the shipping options that requires the address to calc shipping. For example, in the buynow settings if you selected shipping calculator or zone shipping then the address textboxes are displayed on the cart page. The reason that the country dropdown is blank is most likely because the home country is not selected in the buynow settings.

Hi Dave,

Just tested this on the www7 test portal.

Shipping by order amount.

Home country = Australia.

Same problem (order Madden with coupon code Daniel) - please advise...
