i would like to know how to apply seperate delivery options (which would be priced differently) for UK,EU and all other countries (international)

To setup zone shipping do the following:

1. Click the shipping button from the store admin menu
2. Click the button titled “Zones” at the top of the screen
3. Define your shipping zones by according to your requirement for your store. The Shipping Zone Management screen allows you to define shipping zones as follows:
   1. By Country
   2. By Country and/or State/Region
   3. By Home Country and all other Countries (International)
4. Next decide how you want the shipping costs to be calculated for your zones you defined above either by weight or by quantity. If you want to define shipping zone costs by quantity click the "By Quantity" button at the top of the screen and define your qty ranges by zone. If you want to define shipping zone costs by weight click the "By Weight" button at the top of the screen and define your weight ranges by zone.
