Hi all

I created several email templates: user email template, ship email template...
But after someone orders a product, no mails are sent. Not to the wenshop owner, not to the customer...

Do I need to activate the mails? (And yes, the SMTP works :-) )

Hope someone can help me out.

Hi Tycho,

I believe we took care of this via our Help Desk by recreating the default email templates.

Please confirm if this has been resolved.
