Hi,

I have installed SmithCart7.36 trial version (which you have send me after updation) in my project. Whenever I click on "Clear Cart" it clear my cart and redirect to product listing page. But always occurs a dnn error as follows. The same error also occurs when I try to delete an item from the cart when multiple items are there in cart(If there is a single item in the cart and I try to delete it, then no issues. After deleting that item we are in same page itself. But if there are multiple items and I click on Remove button it redirect to "Buy Now" module page and throw this error.).
I used MiniCart in my Product Listing page(Buy Now Module page) now . I think after that I start to get this error. This error occurs only at admin side(user with access to store menu).

Clearing the cart worked last week when I was working on your site, what happened? When did it stop working?

Hi,

Yes it 's still working on my site if while entering "Ship To" section I select "United States" as country and select a state value from dropdown.
But if we select any other country we didn't get that state dropdown, instead we get a textbox field to enter state name. In this case if I try to click on
"CLEAR CART" button or "Remove" button the above mentioned error occurs. In error details it specify the reason as follows.

InnerMessage:'ddlState' has a SelectedValue which is invalid because it does not exist in the list of items. Parameter name: value

I think it try to validate the value we entered in state textbox field with value bound in state dropdown field and give this error. How can we fix this?
Only by selecting "United States" as country we are getting that state dropdown, otherwise we always get a textbox field to enter this state value.
Even if we didn't enter value to this textbox then too we get the same error.

I went to payment section and try to add all states of all countries to payment zone.
But only when select "Unite states" we get its states so that we can inculde it. But by selecting any other countries we didn't get their state list so that we can include it.

I looked at the site we were working on last week but you dont have shipping setup on the cart page so I'm not sure if that's the correct site. I need to be able to replicate it and look at your config. In your helpdesk ticket please send me a link and login to the site with the issue so I can review your config and try to replicate the issue.

Hi,

In demo site (html.dynu.com) also this error exist.

Step to reproduce:

1. Login with credential I have send to you. (During last checkout in "Ship To" section I entered "Singapore" as country. If we change the country to united state no error will be there.)
2. Just select multiple items in the cart.
3. Now click on "CLEAR CART"/Remove button. Dnn error will be there.(In case of "CLEAR CART" button it will give an error even with single item in the cart.
But "Remove" button causes error only in case of multiple items.)

In EventViewer you can see the same error I have sent to you as follows

InnerMessage:'ddlState' has a SelectedValue which is invalid because it does not exist in the list of items. Parameter name: value

Please fix this and let me know about it. Please explain me the fix too so that I can implement the same into my actual site.

I'm not able to replicate this on my local test site, but we may not have the same config setup. Will send creds to one of our test portals via your helpdesk ticket so we can try to replicate.
