I am using DNN 06.00.02 with Smith Cart version 4.67.

I start shopping without login in.

I view cart.

I proceed to Checkout.

I expect to enter my address, so that "Sales Tax" can be calculated (based on State).

We have 2 liceses of Smith Cart.

In one this behaves correctly.

In other, it does not.

I have attached a screen cature.

Can you help me identify what I am doing wron?

Is there a way to run script in each website and compare them "outside" the environment?

I compared both sites and made them identical. Still has problems.
I carefully reviewed all setting correctly with the help of experienced developer.
I am sending you another screen captures after I compared the settings and made them identical.
