We give a discount for ordering multiples.  For example, if you order 100 you get a price of $167 each.  If you order 1 you get a price of $240.  If I initially add 100 to my basket I get the correct item price and total.  BUT, if I change the quantity to just '1' in my basket the price stays the same for the item.  Instead of seeing $240 for the price I see $167.

I think this might be a bug.  I searched the site for bug but got no results so I'm posting it here.
