I have a deleted product that isn't listed in the store anywhere, but comes up in the core DNN search. It is a completely valid product once it is found by that search. Is there a way to permanently delete the product in the store admin or see that it is still there other than going into the SQL DB?

We are using DNN 5.6.1 and SmithCart 4.28
