Hit the calculate shipping option and got this error:

WARNING: Rating is temporarily unavailable for one or more services: FIRST_OVERNIGHT; PRIORITY_OVERNIGHT; STANDARD_OVERNIGHT; FEDEX_2_DAY_AM; FEDEX_2_DAY; FEDEX_EXPRESS_SAVER; ; ; ; ; . Please try again later.

Not only that, the shipping options in the combo box disappear so there is no way to try to re-calculate...  So, then, I try to refresh the page (which is something I don't think that the typical customer would know to try)...  Still same error...  Then I hit "Continue Shopping", and add another item, and then try to checkout again, but still same error.

What is going on?

Just upgraded to 4.24.0 and still not working... Also, I believe that I applied the latest hotfix on the downloads page, but from what I could tell the files were the same anyway. Any thoughts?

In the BuyNow module settings If you set "max package size" it will fix the UPS error. In the next cart release 4.25 we added validation to require max package size with ups. Regarding Fedex, they are phasing out their xml post method and are only supporting their new v9 web service call to get rates. We have rewritten the cart fedex routines to use the new fedex v9 web service and it will be released this week in cart v4.25. Thanks for reporting the issue!
