Hi,

I am currently getting following error while using Authorize.Net (SIM)  (Test Account)  in TestMode (snapshot also attached for the same, along with the Exception recorded in DNN EventLog).

We couldn't complete your payment.

Status : APPROVED

Message : Authorize.Net Payment Processed Succesfully.

This happens after I have successfully done the CC transaction on the payment form, and am redirecting back to the Smith Cart's Confirmation page. I do receive the "Merchant Email Receipt" and "Customer Receipt/Purchase Confirmation" mails from Authorize.Net Test Account, but can't find these transactions in the Authorize.Net transaction lists.  Also it looks like am missing something out in the redirecting back to Smith Cart page.

Following are details about my dev environment: SmithCare: 4.67, DNN: 5.6.1, SQL Server = 2008, Windows Serve 2008 R2, 64 bit

Also, I have tried Authorize.Net (test account ) in AIM mode as well, without any problems. But, I could see the difference between the Pay Status, which were created using AIM or SIM gateway versions. Orders processed with AIM method have "pay status" as true, whereas orders created through SIM have paystatus as "APPROVED". Please see the ManageOrders.PNG in the attachments.

Wóuld appreciate if somebody could explain these status and what is the process workflow ahead in each case.

Thanks.

Hello,

I can confirm the when using the Authorize.net SIM gateway on the return from the gateway after successful payment the messages stating both “We couldn’t approve your payment” as well as “Approved” are displayed. This issue is currently being researched by programming and I will postback as soon as an update is available.

The only difference between a Payment Status of "True" or "Approved" is the actual text, both Statuses indicate a successful purchase and transaction.

Thanks,

shopping Cart version 4.6.7 & DNN 6.0.2

I am getting the same messages using Authorize.Net (SIM)  (Test Account) :

We couldn't complete your payment.

Status : APPROVED

Message : Authorize.Net Payment Processed Succesfully.

I have a redirect URL upon success setup and I am not returned to that page. Instead I am returned to the confirm page - I was assumeing my redirect url was not working do to the error - is that correct or should I be looking else where?

Can you provide an update about this?

I have uploaded an attachement SSerror.docx that has screen shots of my set-up and the error message. I am getting the error message “we couldn’t complete your payment”, I am not being redirected to the url that I have set-up as after payment, and The role to add after successful payment is not being updated. It sounds to me like there is a problem in the gateway that is preventing my set-up from working.  I am also new to this product so I may have a set-up issue, but I tried to include all of the set-up so you can identify if I do have a set-up issue or if I the problem is with the gateway.

Your easlist feedback/solution would be most appreciated.

Judy

Can you provide a timeframe as to when you will get back to us. My customer purcahsed your product specifically for Authorize.net sim processing (recurring billing) so with this issue we cannot use your product at all - we are dead in the water.  I really want to use your product!

Judy

Kevin:

Really need a resolution, this renders our implementation of a store useless. What can be done?
