Is there a way to export the products, uninstall the module and then re-install everything. I originally installed an older version of the trial and had the problem with it, so I installed the new version and still had the issue. They like this cart so we are hoping to get it running but are in a time crunch.

Did you add at least one manufacturer and assign your product to a manufacturer?

Did you add categories?

Did you add your products to at least one category?

Did you enter weights for your products?

In the buynow module settings did you configure the following

  • Payment gateway
  • Payment methods (at least credit card)
  • Tax
  • Shipping 
  • Select the product detail page name
  • Enter email addresses

Yes on all the above. I emailed my site credentials to the support team so hopefully it will be an easy fix once you guys check it out.

Hi John,

Just to recap what the issues were, the BuyNow page name had not been set on the ProductDetails module which would explain why you couldn't view the product on the ProductDetail page.

Also, the variant groups were not set for all of the variants in your product which was also causing the Product to not be able to display on the Product Details page.
