Our experience with Smith Consulting has been excellent and we gladly recommend working with them.  Over the past year we substantially upgraded our web site and the online store and we found the Smith Consulting code to hold the most promise in getting to our objective.  However, the code needed additional features and customization in order to meet our requirements.  Smith Consulting was very easy to work with and consistently delivered what they said they would and on time!  They did not ask for additional money even when the scope changed and the job was underestimated.  We actually went out of our way to pay additional money without them asking as we were so pleased with their results, attitude and integrity.
