Would it be possible to change the functionality on the Continue Shopping button in the shopping cart to go "back" rather than resetting the product categories to the first default? If you go "back" you would allow the customer to pick up where they left off in their product search rather than having to search through the categories all over again from the beginning.

Currently in the cart the categories module does not maintain the state of the previous selected category when you click the "Continue Shopping" button. I have added your requested to the dev list and am moving this thread to the Enhancement Requests section.
