We recently added a clone variant feature that allows you to copy product variants from one product to another. Clone products is on our dev list thanks for the request!

To copy product variants navigate to the manage product variant screen and at the bottom of the screen from the dropdown list select the product that you want to copy variants to. When you click the “Copy” button the program will copy all the product variants selected from the variant grid to the product chosen in the dropdown list.
