Hello - We are getting an error when adding a Premium Listing;  An Error has Occurred.  Error:  Smith Directory Signup is Unavailable.

I believe this is cause because we are not using the payment features for Premium Listings.  Can you confirm my suspicions?

Can you post a screen shot of how you configured the payment gateway settings in the module?

Thanks

Hi Dave - Well that's the thing, I did not set up the Payment Gateway.  We are using your module on an internal site and not requesting payments for listings.

We really like the features (Notes Section and "Learn More" drill in for details)  of the Preimum Listings as compared to the Free or Standard.  Can I use it without setting up the gateway and without getting an error?

If you are not ready to sign up for a payment gateway and just want to test the module you can select the “Manual” payment gateway option.

It is set for Manual Payment and in Test Mode.  The message is;

An Error has occurred

Error: Manage Subcontractors with Addenda is currently unavailable.

"Manage Subcontractors with Addenda" is the name of the module we added to our page using the Smith Directory Signup Application

Hello,

Sounds like there may be a conflict with the Addenda module that you specified was installed on the same page. Did this error start appearing only after the Addenda module was installed?

Thanks,
