Have taxable states set to wisconsin only.  When you calculate shipping on a wisconsin address, then decide to change the ship to address to a New York Address,which is NOT set up in the taxable state list, the TAX amount does not clear out.

Which version of the Cart are you running? Please attach a screenshot of your Cart settings and I will test this issue on our test portal.

4.67 / dnn 6.0.2

Ship Info is flaky.  Does not always show up when checking out so no opp to selecting shipping method.  When it does show up, if you enter a wrong shipping address you need to click on change shipping to be able to enter a new address.  Not a big deal but if the orig address is in a different state, the tax does not get updated.. (0 or otherwise)

The show stopper for us going live is the fact that the ship info area does not always come up.  I have cleared the cache on the portal and restarted the application with no change.

Client is getting very frustrated as we recommened this ecommerce package and have not been able to go live with it.

Hi Doug,

I have been able to replicate the issue of the tax not recalculating after any address has been entered and the Calculate Shipping button has been clicked, then clicking the Change Shipping button and entering a different address for another state. I will report this to programming and will postback with an update when available.

I have not however, been able to replicate the issue you reported about the Ship To info not always being displayed. Is the same product being added to the Cart? Does this happen intermittently or are there any steps I can take to replicate this?

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for the post.  The shipping info problem is an intermittent one.  When I think I have a process down that duplicates it, it ends up working.  The other day when I cleared the website cache and restarted the application it worked for me the 5 or 6 times I did it. Then the person I am working on the site for/with tried it on his pc and it was a problem still the first time.  I have been using IE9 for my testing and I believe he uses Firefox but we both have experienced the issue randomly through the course of testing other things.  Not what you wanted to hear I am sure, but that is the way testing goes !

Hi Doug,

Does this happen when adding the same product to the Cart? Also, could you post a screenshot of your complete Cart Settings with all sections expanded as well as the Product setup screen of the product you are adding to the Cart when the Ship To info doesn't display. Please let us know if you determine a process or steps taken to replicate this issue as I have not been able to on our test portal.

Hi Doug,

The issue of recalculation of the Tax Rate after previous calculation of an address in a different State has been resolved and will be available in the release of v.4.77.
