Hi,
I have installed SmithCart7.36 trial version in my project. Whenever I click on "Clear Cart" it clear my cart and redirect to product listing page.But always occurs a dnn error as follows(please see the images below).

Step to reproduce:
1. Login with credential. (During last checkout in "Ship To" section I entered "Cuba" as country.If we change the country to united state no error will be there.)
2. Just select multiple items in the cart.
3. Now click on "CLEAR CART"/Remove button. Dnn error will be there.(In case of "CLEAR CART" button it will give an error even with single item in the cart.
But "Remove" button causes error only in case of multiple items, which means that error occurs when we redirect back to product listing page.)
In EventViewer you can see the same error I have sent to you as follows
InnerMessage:'ddlState' has a SelectedValue which is invalid because it does not exist in the list of items. Parameter name: value
Please fix this and let me know about it. Please explain me the fix too so that I can implement the same into my actual site.
