Hi,

We've configured Gatekeeper with the license we purchsed and configured one of the products as per your manual. We create the order and click the download button we get the following result:

There was a problem with your request:

Unable to load download info for parameter [5f785b2b-1c97-4ea8-b765-b6a86460a279]

I think this issue may be related to the length of your download urls and the truncation issue you reported in your other thread here
