I really need this solved. Please help! The second error message is coming up frequently when clicking on a Featured Product on the homepage using the Featured Products module.

I read the error messages you posted but in order to determine if this is a bug in the cart or an issue with your install we need to be able to replicate the error on our test system http://www9.smith-consulting.com running the latest version of the cart 2.96. Please send an email to support@smithcart.com and we will send you admin access to the test site to see if you can replicate the error.

OK, I was able to replicate the error on your test site.

  1. I added a "Featured Products" module to this page: http://www9.smith-consulting.com/Feat...
  2. Then I made 3 items "Featured" and went back to the page above.
  3. I clicked on the first items TEXT LINK (image links are fine) and got the error. You can see it in the event viewer at 7/5/2010 9:09:29 PM. It is the same as the 2nd error I gave in my original post.
  4. The text links are the problem. If I only click on the text links I will get the error every time. Once I click on an image, the text links will work, but there is still a problem with them. No matter which text link you click, it will always go to the item of the last image link clicked. Here is what I mean:
    1. Click on first featured item IMAGE link and go to that items page.
    2. Then go back to the featured list and click on the TEXT link of the third item but it will bring up the first item detial page.

This is of course, of utmost importance because it will turn off customers viewing the site when they get this error.

There was also another error I was able to test and replicate on your test portal. It is a different issue so I have created a fresh post for it here: http://www.smith-consulting.com/forum...

I am also getting these errors. I have featured items on a landing page and when clicked get this error. I also get an error when going to a new tab when adding an item. This usually happens when I try to add additional photos on a new add. It works if I exit and then return to edit the product. Paging also does not work but I did see a post on this. I am running version 2.93
