Hi There,

I am trying to configure the shipping for my store but unable to achieve, below are the details:
Each products will have three different shipping prices for three different regions(Region1 , Region2 and Region3). I've had a look at the manual and the knowledge base as well but i was not able to find any proper help. 

Also, the country disappears when i try to add another region for the same country.

Is there any solution on this??

Hi Yusuke,

There is currently a bug in 6.82 when adding a Country to a Shipping Zone removing the Country from the list. This issue should be resolved in the next release.

Hi Yusuke,

The Cart supports the ability to charge shipping rates by region and also set a shipping rate at the Product level. The ability to charge a shipping rate based on the product and region is not currently supported but we are available to and this feature. We quote all features enhancements below cost since it is enhancing the module and in most cases we can start work on the new feature within a week.
